PWS에서 PHP설치 하는데 다음 과 같은 에러가 나요.

윈 98에 pws4.2를 깔아서 PHP를 설치하고 있습니다.
그런데
Security Alert! The PHP CGI cannot be accessed directly.
This PHP CGI binary was compiled with force-cgi-redirect enabled. This means that a page will only be served up if the REDIRECT_STATUS CGI variable is set, e.g. via an Apache Action directive.

라는 에러가 나오네요.
권한 설정에 관한 것 같은데요...다른 설치는 다 한 것 같은데
좀 알려주세요~!^^(아파치에서만 된다는 것은 아니겠죠? 저는 PWS만 써야해요. 그럴 이유가 있거든요.^^)
