제로님 강좌보고 하는 중인데요.. 파일생성에서 막혀요..

휴.. 초보여서요.. 죄송..
다른 언어라고는 html밖에 써본적 없어서 많이 벅차네요..
죄송합니다만..
제로님 강좌를 처음부터 보고있는데..
파일 생성 부분을 어떻게 하는건지 이해가 안되서요....

이런식으로 코딩을 했는데

이렇게 에러가 뜨거든요?;;
이유가 뭔지... ;ㅁ;
