스크롤할때 화면전환이 늦어요.

제가 이번에 처음으로 노프레임 홈페이지를 만들었어요.

어떻게 하는지 몰라서 여기저기 쑤시고 다니며 겨우 만들긴 했는데

사람들이 스크롤생겼을때 스크롤을 움직이면 화면이 끊어져서 움직인다고 그러더라구요.

제 컴퓨터에서는 몰랐는데 다른 컴퓨터[예를 들어 학교 컴퓨터실이나 뭐 그런데요;;]에서 보면

정말 화면이 답답하게 움직이더군요.

제가 아무리 살펴봐도 뭐가 문제인건지 도통 알수가 없어요 ;;;;
