글자크기가 작어요. 어떻게 수정해야 크게 볼 수 있을까요?

이 페이지에서 덧글 부분의 사이즈가 어느날 작아져버렸어요.
제가 만지다가 그랬나본데 헤더파일에서 소스를 어딘가 잘못 써서 그런거겠죠?

4번에 있는 주소를 함 봐주세요. 덧글부분의 글자 사이즈가 작아요.
그 아래가 그 페이지 헤드파일인데 어느부분의 소스를 잘못 써서 그런걸까요?
