노프레임 홈페이지를 만들때 상하 여백이 생기는 문제...

처음으로 질문을 해보는데요 -_ -;; 저같은 고민하시는분이 안계신지는 모르겠지만 2일째 뒤지고 다니는데 알수가 없군요;;

일단은 시험삼아 test로 링크 걸어볼께요 일단 보시고....;;;

다른건 대충 시험하는중이라 상관없는데요

글쓰기 옆에 링크를 눌렀을경우가 문제입니다.

텍스트 들의 상하 여백이 커지는지 위아래로 쫙~ 늘어납니다.

제로보드 상단파일 하단파일로 불렀습니다.

완전히 틀을 바꾸는 경우가 생긴다고해도 문제를 바로잡고 싶습니다.

도와주세요 ㅡ_ㅜ


추신) 한가지 더 부탁드려요.. 테이블인데요.. 게시물이 많아지거나 하면 왼쪽에 3칸짜리 테이블중에 중간것만 상하로 게시판크기에 맞게 늘어나게 하고싶은데요
어떻게 해야할까요? 지금은 게시물이 많아지면 테이블이 그냥 지들 맘데로 늘어나버려서요... ㅡㅜ
