I am not talking about the zbxe user id. I am talking about the database user id that is required to set up zbxe site on the set up screen. zbxe relies on the database information from the hosting company. I use netfirms.ca as a hosting company. It generates a database user id which is alphanumeric. I asked him if I can create a user id just alpha only. Their answer is 'no'. It's probably because they have automated the user id creation program. so, do you know if any zeroboard version accepts alphanumeric user id? The set up screen basically rejects the alphanumeric id. Your help would be most helpful. thanks.
