ㅜ.ㅜ 타겟이 문제가~!!

다른게 아니라. 메인에 타겟 지정한건 창이 잘바뀌는데..이페이지는 새로 문서를 만들어 옮겨도..
링크를 메인에 걸어서 열어도 죽어도 타겟이 안되는데...왜그런건가요..
제발좀 알려주세요~~!
