스크랩 기능을 없애려면 어떻게 해야하나요?

이걸 이용하여 이 게시물...을 없애서 스크랩을 애초에 할 수 없게 만들었는데 신고버튼도 그 안에 있는데 함께 보이지 않아서 문제고ㅠㅠ
로그인정보창에 보면 스크랩보기가 있기 때문에 기존에 스크랩한 내용을 볼 수가 있습니다.
그래서 로그인정보창에 뜨는 것도 없애기 위해

이와 같은 정보를 찾아내서 적용했더니 안 나오기는 하다만.. 사이트에 아래와 같은 에러가 뜹니다ㅠㅠ

스크랩기능만 사용을 금지할 수 있는 방법 없을까요?
