게시판 쓰기 완료 후에, 특정 메세지 (alert)를 보여주고 특정 페이지로 이동하게 하고 싶은데,

이렇게 하니까 글을 입력하던 안하던 무조건 다음 페이지로 이동하네요.

정상적인 insert 완료후에 메세지를 보여주고 이동하게 하고 싶은데요.
