xe core 업데이트 오류가 났습니다. 제발 도움 좀 부탁드려요

관리자 모드 들어갔다가 XE-Core 1.5.4.1 업데이트가 뜨길래 아무 생각없이 쉬운설치로 그냥 눌렀네요. 백업도 못했는데 ㅠㅠ

 

그랬더니 홈페이지 상단에 아래와 같은 오류 문구가 올라옵니다.

그리고 관리자 페이지에 들어가면 밑에 그림처럼 "모듈 업데이트"가 뜨는데.. "업데이트하기"를 눌러도 아무 응답이 없습니다.

백업화일이 없어서 바로 돌아가지도 못하고..
 
그냥 수동설치로 하면 되는 건지해서요. 그리고 수동설치하는 걸 잘 모르는데,  xpressengin.com에서 XE-Core 파일을 다운받아 저희 홈페이지에 있는 서버에 그냥 ftp로 해서 기존 파일을 덮어쓰면 되는건지 잘 모르겠네요.
 
아는건 없고, 답답은 하고, 빨리 정상적으로 되돌려야 하는데..
