XE 애드온 자동 업데이트후 사이트 접속이 안됩니다.

안녕하세요.
지금까지 사이트를 잘 운영중이었는데 오늘 애드온중에 팝업 애드온이 업데이트 내용이 있어서 자동 업데이트 버튼을 눌렀더니 갑자기 아래와 같은 내용이 뜨면서 접속할수가 없네요. 전혀 어떻게 해야할지 모르겠습니다. 웹 호스팅업체에 백업된 화일을 리스토어했는데도 이상하게 전혀 변화가 없네요.
방법이 있으시면 좀 알려주세요.

ftp에서 애드온을 삭제해보라는건가요? xe보드 계정으로는 보시다시피 접속을 할수가 없는데요...

FTP 계정과 XE 계정은 별개입니다.
서버 자체가 마비된 것이 아니라면 XE에 문제가 있어도 FTP로는 접속할 수 있습니다.
FTP 계정으로 파일질라 등의 프로그램을 이용하여 FTP 서버에 접속해보세요. -

admin사이트도 접속이 안됩니다.-_-;; 살려주세요.... 3년동안 정성껏 가꿔온 사이트인데 답답하네요. 호스팅 업체에서도 백업화일을 리스토어해도 마찬가지라고 하네요. 왜 그럴까요..

위에님 설명처럼 ftp로 가셔서 지금까지 문제 없다가 새로운 에드온을 업데이트 해서 생긴 문제라면 그 에드온만 삭제 하시고요 그게 아니라 코어 업데이트 과정에서 생긴 문제라면 기본 에드온이 뭔지 파악해 보시고 그걸 제외한 모든 에드온을 일단 백업후 삭제하세요. 그럼 관리자 페이지 열립니다.
