파일업로드 완료하고 접속할려니까 에러나면서 안되요ㅠㅠ

PHP5, MySQL5, GD, XML, iconv, Zend
호스팅 업체는 위처럼 지원한다고 나와있구요.
기본설정을 위해서 최초 접속할려고..

이렇게 입력하니까 아래처럼 에러가 나오는데 왜 그럴까요? ㅠㅠ

아참 그리고 .htaccess 라는 파일은 업로드해도 나타나질 않는데 원래 그런건가요?
이 파일을 보시려면 숨겨진 파일과 폴더(디렉토리)를 볼 수 있도록 옵션을 바꾸시면 보입니다.
위의 문제는 서버의 문제로 보입ㄴ
