But there has been some problems recently and I hope you can help me identify.

I have two staff helping me with posting, and it seems that they are being logout everytime they tries to upload files and such. According to them, the editor page refreshes and they would not see the uploaded file, sometimes they would even get logged out during this process.

Has anyone been experiencing this?

I have no problems but some other members do. I have tried to ask them to clear cache, cookies, and even restarting the router. But it doesn't work apparently.

It would be great if someone could help.

Currently using XE Core 1.5.4.2 and Board Module.
