글꼴 크기 css설정해서 해도 않되는데요?

흐음.....정말 이상합니다.
재가 css 파일을 만들어서...
<style>
*{font-size:9pt;}
</style>
이소스 삽입후에...style.css라는 이름으로 저장하고 계정에 올린다음 main 소스에...
헤드 부분에,
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="style.css">
일케도해보고...
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="http://경로/style.css">
일케도 해보았는데요....그래도 익스플러오 크기 바꾸면 글꼴 크기가 바뀝니다....ㅠ.ㅠ
왜 이러는거죠...? 답변 즘.....
