IFRAME에서... 칸이 맞질 않습니다.. 도와 주세요...

IFRAME을 넣어서 게시판을 넣었는데.. 칸이 맞질 않네요.. 왼쪽 메뉴는 붕 뜨고... 아이프레임쓴 테이블은 무조건 위로 올라가 있고.. 이걸 어떻게 해야 하는지... 소스 올렸어요... 보시구 도와주십시요....
