phpmyadmin 질문입니다^^ 간단한거 같은데. 왜 안되는지 모르겠네요

Security Alert! The PHP CGI cannot be accessed directly.
This PHP CGI binary was compiled with force-cgi-redirect enabled. This means that a page will only be served up if the REDIRECT_STATUS CGI variable is set, e.g. via an Apache Action directive.

하면 저렇게 나온답니다. 뭐가 잘된 됐는지 모르겠네요
config 화일 설정이 잘못된건가요.. 서버 설정이 잘못된건가요?
