팝업창 띄우기-한 페이지당 하나(부모, 자식)

플래시에서 음악을 삽입한 swf파일을 html로 만들어 팝업형식으로 띄웠습니다
문제는 메뉴창에서 띄운것이 문제지요
인덱스-인트로-메뉴 -...이런형식이거든요
각 페이지를 갈려면 메뉴를 꼭 거쳐야 하는~~~
그래서 팝업창이 하나 떠있으면 또뜨고 그러네요
제가 알고 싶은건 팝업창이 있으면 안뜨고 안떴을땐 뜨고 그런 팁 있나 해서요
최소한 팝업창이 있을땐 더이상 안떴으면 싶네요~

문제는 메뉴창에서 띄운것이 문제지요
