게시물 작성시 알림이 기본체크되어있습니다.

이걸 알림 해제하고 싶은데..
도통 어디서 수정햇는지 기억이 안납니다.
원래 게시판 스킨 파일을 받아서 기존걸 삭제하고 덮어씌워도
게시물 쓸때 알림이 기본체크되어있더군요;

이렇게 되어잇는 부분인거 같은데 이상하네요
P.S 댓글도 안사라져요..
<input type="checkbox" name="notify_message" value="Y" <!--@if($oComment->get('notify_message')=='Y')-->checked="checked"<!--@end--> id="notify_message" class="inputCheck" />
에서 댓글 checked를 통채로 날렸는데도 안사라지는군요 ;
