게시글을 한글로 검색 시 알수 없는 문자가 뜨며 글검색이 되질 않습니다.

영문이나 숫자는 검색이 아주 잘 됩니다만 한글일 때만 유독 이상한 문자로 바뀌며 검색이 되질 않습니다.

xe버전은 1.5.3.8 입니다.

아래 그림1처럼 공문이라고 검색을 하면

아래 그림2처럼 이상한 문자가 뜨며 검색이 되질 않습니다.

혹시 이것을 해결할 수 있는 방법이 있을까요?

의심되는 것은 index.html을 xe가 표시되지 않게 하기 위해 index.php 로 저장한건데...
